Physical Therapist Assistant (License Required)

About the role

Premier Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join their outpatient orthopedic team in Lansing and surrounding areas. The ideal candidate will bring enthusiasm and a commitment to patient care.

Responsibilities

• Treat orthopedic and post-surgical patients including ACL, TKA, rotator cuff, and other conditions.
• Treat acute and chronic spine conditions.
• Treat athletes from high school through professional levels.
• Treat vestibular and BPPV patients.
• Treat geriatric patients.
• Treat complex cases with interdisciplinary team collaboration.

Requirements

• Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist Assistant in Michigan.
• New grads are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• A passion for helping patients improve mobility and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR).

• Knowledge of orthopedic and neurological conditions.

Pay

$20 - $25 per hour based on experience.

Schedule

Flexible schedule options available, including 4 or 5 days per week, early start/finish options, and no weekends or holidays.
