About the role
Our community-oriented physical therapist assistant center is seeking a compassionate, caring, and driven licensed physical therapist assistant to provide exceptional patient care to patients of all ages and abilities. The ideal candidate will join a highly trained and respected clinical team that provides treatment services designed to maximize functionality and promote optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled care to patients under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist.
- Absorb and implement prescribed treatment programs under minimal supervision.
- Develop and supervise treatment plans for patients, caregivers, and facilities.
- Contribute to case management and provide quality patient care.
- Maintain positive interactions with facilities and clients.
- Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.
Requirements
- A valid state license (where applicable), registration, or certification as a Physical Therapist Assistant upon graduation (or pursuing) from an approved curriculum for Physical Therapist Assistants, and having passed a national examination for Physical Therapist Assistants certified by the CAPTE.
- A state license and/or certification must be valid in the state where the individual will practice.
- Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in physical therapy principles and practices, and possess the necessary skills to assist licensed physical therapists in delivering high-quality care. They should also be able to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team setting.

Pay
$23.50 per hour and up commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Monday-Friday between the hours of 8:00a.m. and 6:00p.m.
