Physical Therapist Assistant Job

Responsibilities

• Aid the Physical Therapist in all aspects of patient care
• Perform therapy techniques and exercises under the guidance of the PT
• Measure and track patient progress, reporting changes to the PT
• Provide patient education on continuing care
• Ensure timely and thorough documentation of clinical and administrative records
• Maintain confidentiality of patient health information in accordance with HIPAA compliance
• Adhere to company guidelines for billing of clinical and non-clinical services
• Participate in educational workshops and presentations for community education

Requirements

• Texas PTA License
