Responsibilities
- Prepares patients and equipment
- Affords therapeutic exercises, wound care, and modalities
- Documents treatment in the EMR
- Follows the Physical Therapist’s plan of care
- Performs interventions to meet the goals of the plan
- Progresses patients appropriately
- Sees all patients as scheduled
- Assists with other patient needs
- Completes timely treatment notes
- Works scheduled work hours
- Participates in weekend coverage
- Provides coverage to other CCH service lines
- Initiates review of patient plans, progress notes, and supervisory meetings
- Provides service excellence to all customers
- Maintains a clean and safe working environment
- Complies with the hospital’s Corporate Compliance Program
Requirements
- Licensed in, or eligible to be licensed, in the State of Wyoming
- One year experience preferred
- Certified in cardiopulmonary resuscitation
Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited physical therapist assistant school
