About the Role

Located in Cincinnati’s Sharonville area, Beacon Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine, in partnership with the Upstream Rehabilitation network, provides outpatient orthopedic physical therapy, including advanced care for overhead and throwing athletes. The position is open for full‑time, part‑time, and PRN Physical Therapist Assistants, including new graduates, offering competitive pay, mentorship, and a clear path for professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands‑on, evidence‑based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
• Track patient progress and collaborate closely with the clinical team.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and the local community.
• Continue professional growth through Upstream’s mentorship and learning programs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Ohio PTA license (or eligibility).

Pay

• Competitive pay – up to $33 per hour.
