Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapists with patient treatments, exercises, and activities
• Monitor patient progress, report changes, and document treatment plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Participate in patient education and training programs
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective patient care plans

Requirements

• Current PTA certification
• 0+ years of experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
