About the role
In this role, you’ll provide physical therapy services to the adult/geriatric population, working closely with patients to improve independence, mobility, safety, and overall quality of life. You’ll have the opportunity to follow patient progress over time and deliver truly patient-centered care in a collaborative clinical environment.

- Provide personalized physical therapy under the direction of a Physical Therapist to help patients improve mobility, strength, balance and functional independence
- Implement patient-centered treatment plans designed to support recovery, safety, pain management, and long-term rehabilitation goals
- Deliver hands-on therapy interventions that enhance movement, endurance and overall quality of life for adult and geriatric patients
- Partner with interdisciplinary teams, caregivers, and nursing staff to support strong patient outcomes and continuity of care
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation, monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on individual rehabilitation needs
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) or license eligible in the state of practice
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Interest or experience in geriatric rehabilitation or senior living therapy
- Passion for patient-centered care and improving quality of life for older adults
