Physical Therapist Assistant

About the role

SPT Lake Stevens is a sports and orthopedic physical therapy clinic dedicated to providing high-quality care to active adults and athletes. Clinicians are encouraged to grow, stay engaged, and deliver results through active rehab, progressive loading, and real-world outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients under the PT’s established plan of care
• Coach therapeutic exercise, movement retraining, and progressive strengthening
• Monitor patient response and communicate updates to the PT
• Assist with exercise progression using objective measures and clinical guidance
• Work collaboratively with PTs and aides to maintain patient flow and care quality
• Complete documentation efficiently during the workday

Qualifications

• Licensed (or soon-to-be licensed) Physical Therapist Assistant in Washington State
• Interest in orthopedic and sports rehab
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Additional Information

• $32.00-$40.00/hr based on experience
• $3,000 Sign-On Bonus
• Production bonus opportunities - Up to $7,500
