Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in the delivery of quality physical therapy services
- Perform therapeutic exercises and treatments under supervision
- Help patients achieve their functional goals through exercise and activity modification
- Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- Experience working in a clinical setting preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Effective communication skills
- Manual muscle testing and gait analysis
- Knowledge of therapeutic modalities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
