About the role
Plymouth Physical Therapy Specialists (PPTS) is a leading private practice in Southeastern Michigan specializing in sports medicine and orthopedic rehabilitation. We are currently seeking a motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Assist licensed physical therapists in the delivery of patient care
- Perform therapeutic exercises and treatments under supervision
- Document patient progress and treatment plans in electronic medical records
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities
Requirements
- Licensed or upcoming Physical Therapist Assistant with an advanced degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
- Current or upcoming Michigan Physical Therapist Assistant license in good standing, with active CPR certification.
- Proficiency in technology and clinical systems, including Electronic Medical Records (EMR) platforms, database applications, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
