Physical Therapist Assistant

Job Description

Provide direct patient care following established treatment plans and clinical guidelines.
Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist.
Accurately document patient findings, progress, and education provided to patients and caregivers.
Collaborate with physicians, insurance providers, and team members to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
Support a positive, encouraging, and team-oriented clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current Virginia PTA license and CPR certification
• Passion for orthopedic rehabilitation and patient care
• Desire for continued professional growth and learning
• Ability to build rapport with patients and provide compassionate, individualized care
• Self-motivated, positive, and team-oriented
• Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and an exceptional patient experience
