About the role

This full-time River Hill position is ideal for a Maryland-licensed PTA with at least one year of outpatient orthopedic experience. However, we will consider new graduate physical therapist assistants.

Responsibilities

  • Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures.
  • Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.

Requirements

  • College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program
  • Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE
  • Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process)
  • CPR certification

Qualifications

We are looking for a Maryland-licensed PTA with at least one year of outpatient orthopedic experience. However, we will consider new graduate physical therapist assistants.

Skills

Must be licensed to treat in the state of Maryland to start.

Pay

$29.00 - $38.00/ Hour

Schedule

Full-time (32- 40 hours), treating until 8:00 PM twice a week. The last patient is scheduled an hour before close. Early days begin at 7:00 A.M.
