Come lead with us at our Brooklyn, NY location, situated along scenic waterfront property. Our Centers for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care are known for delivering quality and compassionate care through programs and services that support individuals needing short-stay or long-term inpatient care.

Under the direction of the Physical Therapist and the Director of Rehabilitation, you will monitor the physical therapy treatment program for each assigned resident based on a physical therapist's evaluation and the physician's request.

Requirements

• A.A.S. Degree from a Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Registration with the NYS Education Department
• Geriatric experience recommended
• Ability to interact with a wide range of individuals
• Must be able to read, write, and speak the English language
