Responsibilities
- Provide skilled PTA treatments under the direction of the supervising Physical Therapist
- Aid residents in improving mobility, strength, endurance, balance, and independence
- Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members
- Complete timely and accurate documentation in Net Health
- Support individualized resident-centered treatment plans
Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania PTA license
- SNF/LTC experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexible and dependable
- Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
