Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on physical therapy that transforms lives.
- Follow individualized Plans of Care designed by our Physical Therapists.
- Teach patients and families how to safely use assistive devices.
- Empower patients with home exercise programs for lasting results.
- Be a vital part of a team that puts people first.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program (American Therapy Association approved).
- Current, unrestricted PTA license in the state of practice.
- 6+ months experience preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within coverage area.
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
- Able to lift 50–100 lbs and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current CPR certification.
- Basic computer skills.
Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Knowledge of patient care protocols and safety guidelines.

Pay
The hourly rate for this position is $35-$38/hr, based on the company’s good faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual pay will be determined based on factors such as education, experience, skills, and internal equity.
