This is a full-time on-site role for a Physical Therapist Assistant in Laurel, MD.
Responsibilities
- Aid in patient assessments
- Implement therapy interventions
- Record patient progress
- Educate patients and their families about at-home exercises and health maintenance
Qualifications
- Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Skills
- Experience in Orthopedics
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
- Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of Maryland
- CPR certification is a plus
- Associate degree from an accredited physical therapist assistant program
