Physical Therapist Assistant

About the role

Premier Rehab Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist Assistant to join their outpatient clinic located at Keller Parkway.

Responsibilities

- Make team-oriented decisions, blending professionalism with laughter. - Create a safe, warm, and friendly clinic atmosphere. - Lead with or without titles, stretching ourselves for team needs. - Problem-solve during difficulties and celebrate our wins together. - Exceed patients' expectations with every interaction.

Requirements

- Graduate of a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program. - Current state Physical Therapist license. - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification. - Spanish speaking is preferred but not required.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong operations and leadership skills to develop team members. - Superior organizational skills and ability to maximize efficiency. - Advanced computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Proficiency in teaching and using EMR software. - Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
