Pay

$55,000–$65,000/year depending on experience (equivalent to approximately $26.44–$31.25/hour). Sign-on bonus and/or loan payment assistance available. Full-time or part-time options with hourly or pay-per-visit compensation.

Schedule

  • Flexible scheduling designed around your life
  • Start as early as 7:00 AM
  • No scheduled work later than 6:00 PM
  • Typical clinic hours: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–6:00 PM
  • Specific shift and schedule options will be discussed based on your availability and the needs of the clinic

Location

Clinic located at 210 Liberty Hill Rd, Lumberton, NC 28358. The Lumberton area offers an affordable lifestyle with easy access to:

  • Local trails, parks, and lakes
  • Easy weekend trips to Myrtle Beach and Wilmington
  • Raleigh, Charlotte, and Wilmington within approximately 1.5 hours
  • Asheville – approximately 4 hours
  • Charleston – approximately 3 hours
  • Outer Banks – approximately 4 hours

Requirements

  • North Carolina Physical Therapy license
  • Pediatric PT experience preferred, but we are willing to consider candidates with a strong interest in pediatric therapy
  • A passion for working with children and families
  • A commitment to learning, collaboration, and continuous growth
