About the Role
Benchmark Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is hiring full-time, part-time, and PRN Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) for an outpatient orthopedic setting in Owensboro, KY. The role involves helping patients recover movement and return to activities they love, with support, mentorship, and tools provided to thrive.
Options
- Full Time (30-40 hours)
- Part Time (20-29 hours)
- PRN (1-19 hours, as needed)
What You'll Do as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans
- Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team
- Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and your local community
- Continue your professional growth through Upstream's mentorship and learning programs
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program (or upcoming graduate)
- Active / pending Kentucky PTA license (or eligible)
Pay
- Competitive PTA salary: $27.00 - $33.00 per hour
