About the Role

We're seeking a full-time Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our thriving outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine clinic. Work side-by-side with 3 experienced Physical Therapists while treating a diverse patient population through Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, POETS, Dry Needling, and our specialized ACL Program. Responsibilities

  • Provide patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.
  • Implement, with minimal supervision, high-quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers, and facilities in accordance with the principles and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.

Requirements

  • College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program.
  • Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE.
  • Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process).
  • CPR certification.

Pay

Hourly compensation: $27.00 - $35.00, pending experience. Additional incentives include a $2,500 sign-on bonus and $200/month student loan repayment program.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday - Friday, with evenings until 6 pm.
