About the role
Execute specialized physical therapy interventions under an established plan of care to help patients regain mobility, strength, and independence.
Adapt therapeutic techniques and skills to meet the specific needs of diverse patient populations, ensuring treatments are both safe and effective.
Document every step of the patient’s recovery journey to provide an accurate, high-quality record of progress and clinical outcomes.
Lead and mentor support personnel, including aides and students, to ensure the therapy environment remains organized and focused on patient success.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Physical Therapy prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Qualifications
