Physical Therapist Assistant

About the role

The PRN Physical Therapist Assistant position at Cypress Grove Rehab Center covers up to 18 hours weekly. The role involves assisting in providing skilled care under the supervision of the registered physical therapist. Services are provided in all ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings, including home health, skilled nursing, and outpatient therapies.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy to patients outlined in the OT’s plan of care
• Monitor and document patient progress
• Collaborate with members for discharge plans
• Contribute to case management
• Maintain positive level of interaction with patients and center staff
• Adhere to applicable state regulations concerning occupational therapy

Qualifications

• Able to provide services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings
• Able to provide services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness Settings including home health, skilled nursing, outpatient therapies
