Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of practice
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program (CAPTE-approved)
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a PTA (home health experience preferred)
• Open to fresh grads will train!!
• CPR certification (required)
• Ability to lift and transfer patients weighing 150+ lbs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and families
• Must pass a criminal background check and meet all state compliance requirements
• Comfortable traveling to patient homes (reliable transportation required)
