Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of practice
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program (CAPTE-approved)
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a PTA (home health experience preferred)
- Open to fresh grads will train!!
- CPR certification (required)
- Ability to lift and transfer patients weighing 150+ lbs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and families
- Must pass a criminal background check and meet all state compliance requirements
- Comfortable traveling to patient homes (reliable transportation required)
