Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional patient care
• Collaborate with a motivated, active patient population
• Work closely with experienced PTs through structured mentorship and real-time coaching
• Opportunities to mentor, lead, and shape programs that help newer PTs thrive
• Treat a wide range of orthopedic and sports medicine cases

Requirements

• Licensed Physical Therapist (entry-level or experienced)
• Utilize manual therapy and targeted exercise progressions to return patients to full strength
• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based, personalized care
• Thrive in a collaborative, team-driven setting
• Motivated to grow your skills and, if experienced, to mentor others
• Hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree and a Virginia PT license (or be eligible)
