Pay rate: $1,982.00 – $2,042.00

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat acute-care patients to restore movement, reduce pain, and improve function
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active Illinois PT license (copy required)
• Minimum 2 years of acute-care Physical Therapist experience
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (copy required)
• SSN and date of birth required for compliance

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Adult Ortho/Neuro/Vestibular experience

• Scrub color: dark gray or business casual
