Physical Therapist (PT)

About the role

The Physical Therapist provides direct rehabilitation care in physical therapy to patients based on physician referrals, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program (BSPT, MSPT, or DPT)
• Current licensure in the applicable state
• CPR certification
• Preferred one year of experience; new graduates are welcome

• Implement and modify treatment plans
• Establish measurable goals
• Oversee and evaluate PTAs and students
• Document care accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Communicate effectively
• Demonstrate excellent patient service
