Physical Therapist - Acute Care (Part-Time)

About the role

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan, and implement patient care in accordance with professional standards and organizational policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions.
• Manage administrative tasks such as documentation, billing, and scheduling for a full caseload.
• Communicate professionally, supervise support staff, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Work closely with leadership and referring physicians to coordinate patient care.
• Support patient education, discharge planning, and, when applicable, serve as a clinical instructor or participate in departmental committees.

Requirements

• Current license in the state where services are performed.
• Education from an accredited physical therapy program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate).
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments, demonstrate adaptability, and exhibit professionalism.

Schedule

• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends (once every three weeks), and holidays.
• No call obligations.

Pay

Compensation range of $38.22 - $57.33 per hour for a 0.6 FTE position.
