Greenfield Rehab is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our exceptional therapy team at a highly respected, comprehensive continuum‑of‑care senior campus in Crivitz, WI and Marinette, WI. The clinician will navigate complex patient presentations, fast‑paced transitions of care, and interdisciplinary collaboration, practicing at the top of their license while delivering high‑quality, patient‑centered care across multiple levels of care.

Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited school with a minimum of a bachelor's degree in physical therapy.
- Licensed by the State of Wisconsin to practice as a Physical Therapist.
