Responsibilities
- Carry out comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy services
- Enhance residents' mobility, balance, strength, and independence
- Supervise PTAs as appropriate
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team focused on exceptional outcomes
- Build strong relationships with residents and families
- Contribute to a positive, team-driven therapy culture
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Wisconsin
- Passion for working with the senior population
- Strong clinical reasoning and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Energy, initiative, and a desire to grow professionally
- Commitment to integrity, compassion, and excellence
Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapist program
- State of Wisconsin Physical Therapist license
