About the role

Innova Physical Therapy is seeking a driven, positive, and life-long learner Physical Therapist. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently with 1-on-1 hour long PT evaluations and follow-ups without the use of aides or assistants. We believe in providing high-quality care while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 physical therapy evaluations and follow-ups
• Collaborate closely with MDs in the region to offer advanced collaborative care
• Support personal and professional development through specialization opportunities
• Participate in a robust continuing medical education (CME) and mentorship program

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in Washington State
• Advanced certification in manual therapy or interest in pursuing fellowship training
• Experience in one or more of our specialty areas (see website for details)

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
