Travel Physical Therapist - $2,395 per week

Schedule

8am to 4pm shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week during the assignment.

Required Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Washington.
• Minimum of 0 years of experience as a PT.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Effective communication skills in English (verbal & written).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in acute care, skilled nursing home, or inpatient rehabilitation hospital.

Additional Information

• Responsible for assessing patient needs and performing comprehensive evaluations.
• Executes appropriate interventions to address pain and assist with patient recovery.
• Documents patient progress and interventions per department standards.
• Participates in team conferences and provides education to patients and families.
• Maintains safety protocols and departmental equipment.
• Demonstrates flexibility, organization, and ability to work under stressful conditions.
• Ensures compliance with hospital policies, HIPAA, and organizational standards.
• Reports to work on time, attends all mandatory training sessions, and maintains current licensure.

About the Role

This role involves providing inpatient rehabilitation services to adult and geriatric patients with diagnoses such as stroke, traumatic brain injury, and spinal cord injury. The therapist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring optimal patient outcomes in a hospital setting.

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
