About the role

Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation programs, assess patient impairments, and set measurable treatment goals.

Responsibilities

• Administer diagnostic tests and design treatment plans
• Utilize evidence-based techniques to improve mobility, strength, balance, and coordination
• Supervise supportive personnel and document care accurately
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Design adaptive devices and instruct clients in mobility skills
• Participate in training and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapy licensure
• Proficiency in therapeutic techniques, documentation, and patient-centered care
• Strong communication, leadership, and compassionate care skills
• Knowledge of safety protocols, infection control, and equipment use
• Ability to adapt treatment plans to individual needs and contribute to team efforts
• Physical stamina, patient interaction, and adherence to safety and confidentiality standards
