About the role

The Physical Therapist at Henry Ford Jackson Hospital At Home provides direct patient care utilizing appropriate age-specific standards of practice for physical therapists in regard to all patient populations served. They work independently and collaborate well with other team members in obtaining patient-centered goals within Henry Ford Health.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care utilizing appropriate age-specific standards of practice for physical therapists in regard to all patient populations served.
• Works independently and collaborates well with other team members in obtaining patient-centered goals within Henry Ford Health.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program, Masters or Doctorate degree required.
• One year experience providing physical therapy in healthcare setting required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.
• Experience in homecare preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Michigan licensure for Physical Therapy required.
• Valid Michigan driver’s license and dependable vehicle insured as required by the State of Michigan required.
