Pay
Attractive pay range: $102,900–$124,800 per year.

Responsibilities
- Help patients maintain, restore, and improve movement, activity, and function.
- Provide interventions, conduct reexaminations (every 30 days, at minimum), modify interventions as necessary, and perform discharge planning.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of assignment.
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy educational program (CAPTE-accredited).
- One year of related physical therapy experience for PTs entering home health care (required to ensure sufficient knowledge and skills for safe patient care). If less than one year of experience, approval from regional clinical leaders and participation in mentoring or a residency program is required.
- Current CPR certification.
