Physical Therapist 2

For our client, we are seeking a Physical Therapist 2 to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space. This role will provide direct patient care through evaluations, treatment planning, and ongoing therapy interventions across a diverse patient population. The position will collaborate closely with healthcare providers and clinical team members to deliver coordinated care, support recovery goals, and ensure treatment documentation meets organizational standards. It also includes educating patients and caregivers, with an emphasis on home exercise programs and effective follow-up. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $102,672 – $151,332 annually Responsibilities Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Confer with healthcare providers regarding treatment recommendations Implement physical therapy treatment programs Assess and update patient treatment plans regularly Guide patients and caregivers in home exercise programs Complete required documentation in alignment with organizational standards Consult with and instruct clinical team members on therapy techniques Qualifications Current Washington State license to practice as a Physical Therapist Bachelor's degree from a recognized school of Physical Therapy or completion of a Physical Therapy program with one year of experience Demonstrated ability to secure and maintain required credentialing Experience working with diverse populations Skilled in treating competitive and recreational athletes Benefits Comprehensive health insurance options Retirement plans with employer matching Generous paid time off Professional development opportunities Employee assistance programs Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
