About the role
Nicolet National Bank is a community-focused bank with locations in multiple states. This position is based in Iowa City but involves travel to other branches across the state. The role requires a balance of 30-32 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Conduct fraud investigations and perform security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance.
- Maintain and monitor bank security equipment, promoting adherence to security protocols and procedures.
- Provide advice to customers involved in frauds and scams, enforce security matters, and support staff in maintaining banking equipment.
- Evaluate incidents involving property damage and injuries on bank premises, including those involving customers and employees.
- Collaborate with law enforcement authorities and develop/implement security processes to reduce risks and limit exposure and liability.
- Monitor video surveillance, alarm, and card access systems, and act as a liaison with local, state, and federal authorities.
- Train employees on current standards, review training requirements, and conduct training sessions to ensure comprehension of material.
- Uphold Nicolet’s mission, vision, values, and service excellence standards, and maintain confidentiality of all corporate and customer information.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, and deliver exceptional service to internal and external customers.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent experience.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Qualifications
- Associate degree or comparable experience.
- Computer experience in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
