Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician

We are seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible physical medicine and rehabilitation physician to provide comprehensive care across three rehabilitation units and consultation services. Key Responsibilities Include Collaborating with a team of rehabilitation physicians and physician assistantsProviding patient assessments, treatment plans, and ongoing care in a multidisciplinary settingSharing responsibilities related to call duties and consultationsUtilizing the Epic electronic health record system to document and manage patient information Qualifications And Skills Required Board certification or eligibility in physical medicine and rehabilitationStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
