About the role

This outpatient facility in Santa Fe is seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician for locum tenens coverage on Thursdays from 8 AM to 5 PM. The role focuses on physical medicine and orthopedic sports injuries.

Responsibilities

• Perform cervical/thoracic/lumbar radiofrequency ablation (RFA)
• Administer cervical/lumbar facet injections
• Conduct cervical/lumbar epidural steroid injections (ESI) and transforaminal ESI (TFESI)
• Perform sacroiliac (SI) joint injections
• Administer medial branch blocks and nerve root injections

Requirements

• Active state medical license
• Board certification or eligibility in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
• Credentialing timeframe: 2 weeks

Pay

$1,552.00 - $1,680.00 per shift.
