Requirements
- Board Certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation
- Current, active, and unrestricted Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) license to practice in NY
- Current DEA License
Pay
Annual salary: $46,570 (does not include incentive compensation).
