Physical & Electronic Security Project Manager

Essential Duties

• Lead security service projects from cradle to grave.
• Run day-to-day operations of a project.
• Identify change orders and ensure effective resolution.
• Price, track, and manage change orders.
• Plan and monitor cash flow against cash expenses.
• Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
• Research and compile submittals; price change orders and prepare estimates for partially designed projects by finishing the design and preparing a complete project estimate.

  Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in physical or electronic systems (intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, video surveillance, audio visual, IT systems, perimeter defense and command and control systems).
  • Prior experience in the engineering/design of such systems.
  • Experience working on construction projects ranging from $100,000 to $10M.
  • Experience working with contract drawings, subcontracts, contract addendums, specifications, change orders, RFIs, submittals.
  • Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in the production of precision technical plans, blueprints and drawings on projects.

    Compensation

    Up to $140,000 (based on experience)
