Electronic Security Project Manager

i2G specializes in advanced physical electronic security and life safety solutions. We excel in design, project management, commissioning, and enterprise technology integrations. We are seeking a Security Project Manager to lead a team of Security technicians and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee multiple projects simultaneously with the help of the local engineering, sales, and technical staff.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure robust communication with our customer and team to make sure all stakeholder expectations are met.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple projects and report as needed job status, schedule updates, risk mitigation steps, changes, and material needs throughout the project’s lifecycle.
• Lead a team of Senior/Lead Techs, Jr Techs, and subcontractors.

Requirements

• Property Technology Security backgrounds!
• Project Management experience in an electronic security system environment.
• Experience overseeing subcontractors and ensuring work is done as is expected by i2G systems and all stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills, both within the i2G team and with our customers and subcontractors.
• Ability to read and understand security system drawings as well as familiarity with electrical and civil drawing packages.
• Experience managing integration engineers that program electronic security systems including but not limited to access control systems, intrusion detection systems and CCTV systems.
• Maintain project equipment inventory, red-line drawings, and quality.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proficient with scheduling software such as MS Project, SimPro, or Smartsheets.
• Proficient with Microsoft Windows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• 5+ Years previous experience with electronic security systems required.
• Prioritize direct experience with Lenel, Axis, Software House, Verint training certifications highly desired but not required.
• Training and Certifications in the above product lines and PMP certification preferred.
