About the role
The Physical Education Teacher will be responsible for providing physical education classes to students at St. Jerome's Academy.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement physical education curriculum aligned with the school’s educational goals.
- Provide instruction in various physical activities and sports to promote health and fitness.
- Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.
- Collaborate with other teachers to ensure a balanced curriculum.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Physical Education or a related field.
- At least three years of teaching experience in a K-8 setting.
- Valid certification in physical education from the state of Maryland.
- Experience with classical educational methods.
