About the Role

Long-term substitute (LTS) Physical Education Teacher position for the 2026-2027 school year. Assignment runs from 9/28/26 to approximately 12/18/26 at 1.00 FTE.

Must possess or be eligible for a K-12 Developmental Adapted Physical Education (DAPE) teaching license in the State of Minnesota.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver K-12 physical-education instruction aligned with state standards and district curriculum.
  • Adapt lessons for students with diverse learning needs, including those requiring DAPE services.
  • Assess student progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to support student growth.
  • Fulfill all duties outlined in the attached job description.

Pay

Salary range: $54,123 to $101,459, in accordance with the Education Minnesota Lakeville (EML) master contract.
