Responsibilities

• Teach amazing classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we'll teach you how!)
• Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience, treating members like family
• Party like a Rockstar... host parties like a Rockstar and hang late night with awesome kids while their parents get some 'adult time'
• Be a goofball and love giving high 5’s
• Live to serve! Making others feel good makes you feel good
• Kids really like you, but their parents really like you too
• Enjoy being voted most likely to be in a good mood by your high school classmates
• Love to have fun but know when to buckle down and do work
• Build lasting relationships with children and their families
• Have a positive attitude and be willing to try new things

Requirements

• You are open to being a goofball and love giving high 5’s
• You have a background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics (though it’s not required)
• You are passionate about making a difference in children's lives
• You are energetic, friendly, and able to interact with children of various ages
• You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, fun environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children is preferred, but not required
• Ability to pass a background check
