About the role
The Physical Education teacher at Fairborn Primary School and Fairborn Intermediate School is responsible for providing physical education instruction to students in grades K-5.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with state standards
- Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support student learning
- Participate in professional development opportunities
Requirements
- Valid Ohio teaching certificate/license
- Experience in elementary physical education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Skills
- Ability to work effectively with children
- Knowledge of current physical education methodologies
