Physical and Operational Security Specialist – Las Vegas

Responsibilities

• Support the Security Manager in delivering the security operation and management of uniform security personnel
• Assist the corporate team in developing security officer training strategies to counter supply chain risks and gaps affecting the Facility
• Support the Security Manager in related projects, new physical security installations and repairs, as assigned
• Assist the Security & Compliance management team in developing security procedures, security training requirements, security training material, and security training communications to develop best-in-class corporate training programs for front-line Security Personnel
• Work in partnership with plant operational management teams in identifying security gaps, security breaches, and security investigations

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in private security, military security, or law enforcement background
• Must be a US citizen or provide proof of identity and work authorization
• Investigative experience in criminal acts including identifying and conducting internal comprehensive case management, as assigned
• Coaching and developing plant security team members in reaching their full workplace potential
• Strong written and verbal business communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability and willingness to travel, when needed
• Motivated and challenged to drive high performance
