Role: Inpatient PM&R Physician leading the development of a new rehabilitation program. Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction for a newly established rehabilitation service.Manage a 20-bed unit treating acute rehab patients with conditions such as stroke, orthopedic injuries, amputations, neurological issues, and debility.Perform hospital or nursing home consults, if interested.Fulfill Medical Directorship duties, overseeing clinical operations and team coordination. Qualifications & Skills Board eligible or certified in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R).Strong leadership and clinical skills in inpatient rehabilitation.Ability to collaborate with trained therapy and nursing staff.
