Responsibilities
- Deliver a modern, efficient, and stable IT workplace for internal users and external users.
- Project management, architecture design, implementation, and operations in one or more of the following areas:
- Linux system management and sustain smooth operation of mask data preparation environment
- New IT architecture design and project management
- Implement and maintain corporate IT security enhancement activities (IP management, AWL, ACL, Gatekeeper, etc.)
- Windows, Database (e.g., Oracle, DB2), VMWare and Docker/K8S server management
- Operation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement in the Mask Data Preparation field that includes:
- Tape-out operation
- Mask data operation and verification
- MASK patterns conversion and OPC handling
- Collaborate with TSMC internal fabs and departments for engineering tasks and new business flow setup.
- Closely work and communicate with EBO engineers cross time zones in Arizona and Taiwan.
Requirements
- Education: A minimum of a Bachelor degree with majors in IT-related fields (Computer Science, Information Engineering, etc.).
- Technical Skills: Experience in Linux / Windows / Network / VMware / Docker / K8S system management is preferred.
- Certificate in RHCSA / RHCE / CCNA / VCP is a plus.
- Ability to design and execute experiments and interpret complex data.
- Understanding and application of statistical process control methods.
- Ability to systematically troubleshoot issues.
- Interpersonal Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills to work on cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams. Ability to adapt priorities and responsibilities to support business needs. A team player who can multitask and thrive in a very dynamic and fast-paced environment.
