Responsibilities
- Perform preventative, corrective, and diagnostic maintenance with root-cause solutions for all repairs.
- Troubleshoot and repair complex systems using schematics, hand tools, DVM, oscilloscope, and other diagnostic equipment.
- Implement solutions for continuous improvement in machine availability, cycle time, MTBF, scrap reduction, cost of ownership, and equipment downtime.
- Develop model-based troubleshooting plans for extended tool downs.
- Conduct data analysis of tool performance and drive improvement activities based on findings.
- Utilize Statistical Process Control (SPC) to troubleshoot issues and assess tool health.
- Ensure timely completion of projects using strong time management and project management skills.
- Maintain excellent attention to detail and follow-up to maximize operational production and efficiency.
Requirements
- Seeking 10+ years of experience in photolithography equipment.
- Broad knowledge of electronic, robotic, and pneumatic systems in semiconductor manufacturing.
- Ability to troubleshoot to component level when necessary.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and using diagnostic tools.
- Good understanding of the Photo Process.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as: ASML /100, ASML /700 Nikon SF100,130,155TEL ACT 8 tracks Ultratech steppers
