About the role
Bellagala photographers focus on what they love—photographing weddings—without the administrative burdens of running a business. Our office team handles client acquisition, contracts, and payments, while you bring your talent and creativity to each couple. We provide a passionate support team (marketing, sales, post-production) to assist you throughout the entire process.
Requirements
- Experience shooting as a lead at weddings
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong portfolio of current, marketable weddings
- 2 full-frame camera bodies (DSLR or mirrorless)
- Multiple lenses
- Off-camera flash* (see clarification below)
- Must carry liability insurance
- Passionate about weddings

Clarification on Flash Types
Speedlights are portable flash units mounted directly on the camera’s hot shoe. These are versatile but not what we refer to as Off-Camera Flash (OCF).
Off-Camera Flash (OCF) setups involve flash units used independently of the camera, requiring accessories like light stands, umbrellas, or other modifiers. OCF provides greater flexibility in lighting and is essential for certain effects. When applying, specify if you have an OCF setup and list the brand & model of your flash unit.
